FEA10 integral-type electromagnetic flow meter

Profile: Electromagnetic flow meter is designed according to Faraday’s Law of Electromagnetic Induction, it installs a pair of detecting electrodes on the tube wall, where measuring tube axis and magnetic line of force are vertical. When the conductive liquid flows through the alternating magnetic field along the measuring tube (magnetic line of force and the direction of liquid flowing are vertical), the conductive liquid cuts the magnetic line of force, and produces induction electromotive force. Through the two detecting electrodes on the measuring tube, we can detect the induction electromotive force, and work out the rate of flow by the formula below, finally it transforms
the induction electromotive force into 4-20mA and exports it.

FEA11 integrated electromagnetic flowmeter connects the measuring part and transforming part together, it is on-line measurement, observation and operation are convenient. Flowmeter can adjust to different medium measurement through selection of electrode and lining material. The instrument operation using all smart menu, which is convenient
to adjust.
           FEA11 integrated electromagnetic flowmeter is suitable for many kinds of conductive liquid’s flow rate measurement,
when selecting, pay attention that the conductivity of the measuring medium should bigger than 5μs/cm(the
conductivity of tap water is about 100-150μs/cm). The instrument is connected by flange.
