Discounts:
Quantity discounts are available on most products for orders of five (5) units or more.
Payments:
Terms for international orders are 100% payment in advance. We accept wire
transfers (preferred) or credit card.
Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If a defect is discovered within one (1) year from date of purchase,
Clake will service the instrument as long as the original purchaser returns it to our China factory. The original purchaser must prepay all transportation
charges and demonstrate that the defect is covered by this warranty. Model and serial number must be supplied for service.
f the cause of the instrument failure is found to be misuse or abnormal operating conditions, repairs will be billed at cost upon authorization from the
customer.
Under no circumstances will Clake's liability exceed the cost to repair or replace the defective parts. Clake's liability will cease and terminate at the
completion of the one-year warranty period.
