PTK31 Temperature Transmitter

PTK31 terminal box temperature transmitter is suitable for temperature monitoring the fuel tank of machine set, exciter air in water pipe and generator air. The standard configuration adopt  good linearity and high stability platinum resistance as temperature element which is reliable performance and practical stability. PTK31 can optional configure the transmitter part which can intuitive and intelligently transform the resistance signal into standard electric signal and export, to timely and reliable temperature measurement and monitoring online.

The design of temperature sensor is based on the resistance of some metallic conductor (eg. copper, platinum) is linear change with the temperature, the sensor uses platinum which has good measuring stability, linear and chemical properties for thermal resistance’s temperature sensing element. The probe is inserted in the measured media, when the media’s temperature changing, the resistance of thermal resistance will linear change with it, and export corresponding mutative resistance signal.

1.      Transmitter

The transmitter can transform the physical signals on occasion into corresponding standard analog signals and export it. They have different features according to different types. For example, two-wire transmitter can export standard analog signal, at the same time, it can export alarm and control contact signal. Users can choose different transmitter according to the different occasions. This series of transmitter includes TN series of two-wire transmitter, TH series of intelligent transmitter and TW series of intelligent transmission controller.

1.1.TN two-wire transmitter

When measuring, the temperature signal of TN series transmitter is only related to the media’s temperature. The output is reliable, and has a good anti-interference ability. The sensor is designed by integrated module which is stable and reliable, it is an economical and practical transmitter. 1.2.TH intelligent transmitter

TH intelligent transmitter adds a microelectronics smart chip, which makes the transmitter intelligent. TH can display backlit, which can realize linear self-tuning, self-diagnosis alarm display, zero and full scale setting menu, unit switch automatically, percentage light beam display, etc. These functions can make users monitoring very easily and accurately. SH intelligent transmitter is sleek and installed easily, it has a good stability of anti-vibration and anti-collision, at the same time, it has the features of high accuracy and good stability.

1.3..TW transmission controller

TW intelligent transmission controller adds a microelectronics smart chip, which makes the transmitter intelligent. TW has a human-friendly interface, which can realize parameters setting freely, self-tuning, self-diagnosis alarm display, it can realize the most 4 pairs of relay control outputs contacts, it also has the function of LED display.
