Profile: The design of CSL capacitance liquid level switch is based on the principle that capacity value is proportional to the measured dielectric constant. Because the measured dielectric constant in the medium is different from that in the air, when the probe touches the medium which makes the capacitance value bigger than the value set by the clients, spacing switch take action and output a switch signal to control or alarm. In the traditional electrode liquid level switch, merely used in electric conduction medium, the electrode probe is overwhelmed in electric conduction medium which make the probe easy to be oxidized and can not work normally. It also cause heavy metal pollution in a certain area. While the probe of capacitance liquid level switch is insulated and the measure is only related to dielectric constant, thus the probe and environment will not be polluted.
