CSL11 capacitive liquid level float switch

Characteristics: 

Probe will not be oxidized, anti-polluted and impurity binding. There is no cold condensate dew. It can measure despite deposit. 
 Compared with cable floater, the measuring hysteresis is smaller (no more than 4mm)
Relay is used to output. The connection point is
high-capacity and has long operation life. It can also make multi-point control.
 Large working range. It can be used to measure the medium of which the dielectric constant is obviously different, such as oil and water.
 The liquid level measurement is only related to the probe location. The output signal is reliable. It is anti-interference.

Easy to install, flexible structure.

Profile:

  The design of CSL capacitance liquid level switch is based on the principle that capacity value is proportional

to the measured dielectric constant. Because the measured dielectric constant in the medium is different from

that in the air, when the probe touches the medium which makes the capacitance value bigger than the value

set by the clients, spacing switch take action and output a switch signal to control or alarm.

In the traditional electrode liquid level switch, merely used in electric conduction medium, the electrode probe

is overwhelmed in electric conduction medium which make the probe easy to be oxidized and can not work

normally. It also cause heavy metal pollution in a certain area. While the probe of capacitance liquid level

switch is insulated and the measure is only related to dielectric constant, thus the probe and environment will

not be polluted. And it can be used to measure in some medium which is not electric conduction such as oil.

CSL11 capacitance liquid level switch can set several action points. It is easy to install and has flexible

structure. The cable is made of special material which is corrosion resisting. The external structure is simple

so that it will not be seized and fit to several kinds of water environment, especially some environment, with

poor water quality and deep liquid level (no more than 10m), needs multi-point control. Our company specially

choose the standard configures and parameters for the clients. The client pose other options through special demands.
