WIO20 Top-mounted Series Water-in-oil Controller

Characteristics: Accurate and reliable capacitive measurement. Measuring the percentage of water in oil as low as 1%. Smart: with analogue output function. The surface of probe is isolated, can avoid the accidental alarm of little water soaking, two pairs of contacts can be selected. We provide two types for customers: WIO21 type and WIO22 type. The watch window can be selected. The position can be adjusted and the measurement is operated totally in the bottom of the medium, thus high accuracy and reliable.

Profile
WIO20 Top-mounted Series Water-in-oil Controller can be used for monitoring water content in various kinds of oil. It is based on the capacitive measurement principle, accurate and reliable, can measure the percentage of water in oil as low as 1%. The length of probe can be adjusted, it insert into the bottom directly, and achive high accuracy. WIO20 series include WIO21 and WIO22 two types. WIO21 is suitable for the medium which the gauge hatch is vertical. The WIO22 is suitable for the medium which the gauge hatch is narrow and irregular. The cable is oil proof and can be buckled.

WIO oil in water controller is based on the principle that capacitance is linear changing with the change of the electric inductivity when the capacitance is not change in other conditions but the electric inductivity between two poles changes. The capacitance two poles of the controller is composed by probe case and inner core, which can be seen in figure 1. When the oil mixing with water between two poles the electric inductivity will be changed, which will cause the capacitance changing, the proportion of oil mixing with water is set by microcircuit, when the proportion up to the setting value, the controller will export alarm contact signal.

1 WW Smart transmission controller

The transmission controller can transform the proportion of oil mixing with water into corresponding standard analog signal and export related contact signal. It exports alarm and control signal when it exports analog signal, users can choose different transmitter according to the site requirements. This series transmitter includes WW series of intelligent transmission controller, more features can be seen below.
WW series of intelligent transmission controller added the microelectronics smart chip to make it intelligent. WW series of intelligent transmission controller has a human friendly interface. It can freely set the parameters, self–tuning, self-diagnostic alarm output, and can achieve up to 4 pairs of relay control output contacts. It also has the function of LED or LCD display.
